The Path We Took

We met over a table of unlabelled seedlings, disagreed about every one of them, and have been growing things together ever since. Nothing we care about has ever arrived quickly.

Four clear minutes

Fog the whole way up the ridge, then it lifted for about four minutes and we could see the whole valley. We have been chasing those four minutes ever since.

The Field Guide

How cold does it get?

Cold enough for a jacket by late afternoon, and properly cold once the sun is gone.

What should we put on our feet?

Anything you would wear on a garden path. Heels will not survive the lawn.

Shuttles up the mountain

Two shuttles leave the hotel in the morning and return through the afternoon. The road is narrow, so please do not drive up alone at night.
